If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all civil and structural engineering activities for the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.\nProvide technical leadership for structural steel works, piling, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, building envelope interfaces, roofing systems, site civil works, and associated infrastructure.\nReview and approve civil and structural designs, calculations, geotechnical recommendations, shop drawings, method statements, fabrication drawings, and contractor technical submissions.\nCoordinate civil and structural interfaces with architectural, mechanical, electrical, cleanroom, process, commissioning, and construction teams to support integrated project delivery.\nMonitor contractor performance for quality, safety, schedule, piling activities, structural erection, inspections, testing, and compliance with project requirements.\nSupport constructability reviews, technical evaluations, value engineering initiatives, risk management, change control, and resolution of civil and structural engineering issues.\nParticipate in site inspections, structural assessments, construction activities, testing, handover, and close-out of CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) works.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.\nMinimum 10 years' experience in civil and structural engineering, including industrial structures, foundations, and piling works.\nExperience in the design, construction, and supervision of structural steel, reinforced concrete, building foundations, and industrial facilities.\nExperience in industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom, data centre, semiconductor, or similar complex facilities.\nPMC/Owner's Engineer experience and semiconductor project experience will be an added advantage.\nStrong working knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical coordination, piling execution, construction sequencing, quality control, and site engineering practices.\nProfessional Engineer (PEng) registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is preferred.\nMalaysian candidate preferred.\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
