If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nJob Description\nLead and direct all material management functions for medium to large EPFC projects, ensuring the effective planning, procurement, logistics, supplier management, and delivery of materials and equipment. Responsible for establishing material management strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements, and providing leadership to multidisciplinary material management teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership and oversight for all material management activities across assigned projects.\nDirect material planning, procurement, expediting, logistics, supplier quality surveillance, and field material management functions.\nEnsure successful execution of Material Management Plans in alignment with project objectives, budgets, and schedules.\nLead functional reviews, audits, and performance assessments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practices.\nDevelop and deliver material management training, guidance, and governance to project teams.\nReview, negotiate, and approve commercial terms and conditions in accordance with contract requirements.\nMonitor project material status, risks, and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership.\nCollaborate with project, construction, quality, and engineering teams to support efficient project execution.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nLead, mentor, and develop material management personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nBasic Job Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 14+ years of relevant experience, or 18+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.\nExtensive experience in material management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations within large industrial or EPFC projects.\nProven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and culturally diverse project teams.\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to support business growth and drive value creation.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong decision making, problem solving, and organizational abilities.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.\nAbility to interpret and apply applicable regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.\nDetail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certifications or licenses related to Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Project Management.\nDemonstrated experience in senior level material management leadership roles on large scale EPC or EPFC projects.\nStrong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management experience.\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
