The responsibilities could include consultation on the portfolio of HR programs and initiatives or acting as a subject matter expert for an HR discipline with the intent to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Human Resources function.\nAdminister all applicable Human Resource policies and procedures affecting employees\nMay function as a team leader or group participant on special Human Resource projects\nInterface with groups inside and outside the organization (other Human Resource departments, Strategic Business Units (SBUs), projects, vendors)\nCommunicate and work collaboratively within the context of a globally diverse environment\nMaintain a close working relationship with discipline management to ensure that services are properly executed and the needs of the company are met\nEstablish relationship with direct manager and colleagues as a discipline expert\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, Finance or related field, with significant experience in Human Resources\nProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or applicable HR accreditation\nProblem solving, communication, judgment, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations\nDemonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information\nKnowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration\nAbility to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers\nAbility to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines\nExhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees\nDisplay an understanding of the company’s organizational structure, corporate culture, and business objectives\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nProficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations\nBroad knowledge of internal database applications for designated discipline\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
