If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nSenior Quantity Surveyor\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister the Contract in accordance with the applicable FIDIC Conditions of Contract, providing commercial and contractual support to the Engineer throughout the project lifecycle.\nReview, evaluate, and prepare recommendations on variations, claims, payment applications, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, determinations, and final accounts.\nAdvise the Engineer on contractual entitlements, risk allocation, dispute avoidance, and contractual compliance under FIDIC provisions.\nLead the measurement, valuation, certification, and commercial assessment of the Works in accordance with the Contract requirements.\nPrepare and maintain contractual correspondence, records, cost reports, and documentation required for contract administration and claims management.\nSupport negotiations and resolution of commercial and contractual matters between the Employer, Engineer, and Contractor.\nMonitor commercial risks, project costs, and contractual performance, providing timely recommendations to protect project objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.\nRegistered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM).\nMinimum 12 years' experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management on major industrial, EPC, semiconductor, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated experience in FIDIC contract administration, including payment certification, variations, claims evaluation, EOT assessment, determinations, and final account settlement.\nStrong understanding of FIDIC contract provisions, claims management, dispute avoidance, commercial risk management, and contract compliance.\nPMC / Owner's Engineer experience and semiconductor project experience will be an added advantage.\nMembership of MRISM, RICS, or equivalent professional institution will be an added advantage.\nMalaysian candidate preferred.\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
