In this role, you will collaborate with industry professionals, navigate complex corporate tax landscapes, and contribute directly to our global financial operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nTax Compliance: Prepare and review pro-forma and separate company Federal income tax returns.\nConsolidated Filings: Assist in the preparation of consolidated Federal income tax returns, Forms 5471, and complex partnership/state returns.\nFinancial Reporting: Support quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provisions, reconcile and review deferred tax schedules.\nAudit & Research: Assist in gathering critical financial data, research technical tax issues, and draft formal responses to federal and state tax audit requests.\nRegulatory Expertise: Maintain a high level of proficiency in evolving federal and state income tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.\n Ad Hoc Projects: Execute other strategic tax duties and corporate projects as assigned.\nBasic Job Requirements\nAccredited 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n5+ years of relevant federal and state corporate income tax experience within public accounting or a large multinational corporation.\nOther Job Requirements\nAssistin the preparation and review of Forms 5471 and other international tax compliance filings\nAssistin the preparation of complex partnership and stateincome tax returns\n\nSupport quarterly and year-end ASC 740 income tax provision calculations\n\nReconcile, review, and maintaindeferred tax schedules and supporting documentation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Juris Doctor Law (JD) certification or global equivalent required\nMaster of Science in Taxation (MST) and/or Master of Laws (LLM) degree or global equivalent\nFour (4) years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm and/or large multinational company\nTwo (2) years reviewing/preparing consolidated tax returns\nIntermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nHigh critical thinking/reasoning ability\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
