If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nJob Description\nThis position possesses competence in all conventional aspects of Quality for project activities to be able to plan and execute standard Quality techniques, standards, procedures, and policies, and devise new approaches to problems encountered. This role provides technical and administrative direction to lower-level personnel.\nAssist in the preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action\nAssist (if directed by senior Quality management) the Project Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan; including other Quality matters, if required\nAct as a Quality auditor and may follow up on audit findings and corrective actions\nAssess (if directed by senior Quality management) the ability of the suppliers to meet the Quality requirements of the project\nAssist in the maintenance of project Quality records for all phases of the project\nExecute project Quality work in accordance with approved Activity Plans\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nMinimum 8 and Maximum 15 years of industry experience\nBE / B.Tech. (preferably Mechanical Engineer)\nEPC Industry experience\nExperience in Supplier Quality Surveillance\nLevel II NDT Certified\nExperience in coordinating with Third Parties for supplier inspection\nKnowledge of international standards related to supplier quality\nIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management system tools\nExperience in conducting internal audits\nExperience in coordination with third party certification bodies\nIn-depth knowledge of corrective/ preventive actions and continuous improvement\nOther Job Requirements\nBehavioral Skill Required:\nCommunication and interpersonal skills\nConflict Management\nStakeholder management\nPreferred Qualifications\nTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
