If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition specialist in our Saudi Arabia office!\nAre you a multitasker that loves to work in a dynamic environment?\nCome and join our team!\nAs a Talent acquisition specialist, you will work within a team of talent acquisition and HR professionals to achieve business and talent acquisition outcomes and objectives in support of the company’s strategic initiatives.\nAs a trusted partner, you will utilize workforce plans to develop recruitment strategies and deliver the desired business outcomes. In addition to managing a robust requisition assignment, the role will ensure positive candidate and client experience in all dealings, ensure systems and processes are adhered to, and help foster the relationship between talent acquisition and business leadership.\nThis role will support recruitment efforts through the following:\nManage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent\nCollaborate and consult with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes, market trends, and candidate pipeline development strategies\nEstablishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find quality candidates and build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key identified positions\nEnsure the candidate experience is positive irrespective of outcome and promotes Fluor’s brand to internal and external facing talent\nUtilize social media sourcing and branding to support talent attraction\nLeverage and promote employer brand to positively engage talent communities for immediate and future vacancies\nPartner with members of the regional recruitment team to ensure day-to-day operational talent acquisition deliverables that support business outcomes\nEnsure system and process compliance across all requisitions\nCollaborate with the regional recruitment lead on program issues and solutions to continually improve the quality of talent entering the organization\nUse data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information in an effective manner\nMay be involved in other recruitment-based programs, including diversity initiatives, student outreach efforts, and college recruiting\nAdditional responsibilities as required to ensure the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence delivers outcomes to regional business\nBasic Job Requirements\nRelevant degree (Bachelor)\nMinimum 5 years of recruitment experience with demonstrable capacity in proactive sourcing capabilities \nJob related technical expertise, including knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics\nStrong candidate management skills\nComfortable working within a fact paced environment and as a change champion who embraces efficiencies and continuous improvement\nPassionate team player wanting to be part of a successful regional function\nAbility to work within a complex matrix professional services environment with shifting priorities and deadlines \nAbility to communicate effectively and influence audiences that include business leaders, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, candidates, and other stakeholders \nFluent in English, both written and verbal\nPreferred candidates are local Saudi Arabia residents\nOther Job Requirements\nProblem solving, communication, judgment, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations\nDemonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information\nKnowledge of cultures and cross-cultural collaboration\nAbility to build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers\nAbility to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines\nExhibit team orientation and positive relationships with all levels of employees\nTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
