The position may act as the lead HR/IR technician in an office or department.\nCreate and maintain employee and/or contractor records (electronic and hard copy files)\nMaintain and update information in databases and Human Resource information system (HRIS)\nAssist higher level staff in the preparation of most complex ad hoc statistical summaries and reports from HRIS, as requested\nDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of Company specific Human Resource standards, policies, programs, and goals by applying procedures as established by the Company or local department\nAdminister and process HR documents\nPrepare invoices/remittances for payment; reconcile invoices\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Job Requirements\nA combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors\nJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner\nOther Job Requirements\nMust be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFour (4) years of experience in HR or Training\nMay have experience working within one or more HR function(s) or HR support role\nDemonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information\nProficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, electronic presentations\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
