Coordinates coordinates the receipt of service orders and assignment of work orders as necessary to ensure timely completion of requested maintenance, service and repairs using the MAXIMO system. Coordinates assignment of work orders to maintenance/repair personnel, tracks work order completion, updates service order status and communicates status / schedule updates. Performs the duties of junior positions as needed. May provide task-level guidance and direction to less experienced personnel. Assists in tracking maintenance cycles, equipment utilization and coordinates inventory of spare parts and materials as assigned. May assist in training personnel and leading work teams as assigned. Other duties as assigned.\nAs directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the \"General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities\" addendum.\nBasic Job Requirements\nHigh school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and five (5) years to eight (8) years related experience.\nOther Job Requirements\nRequires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nMust have a Secret Security Clearance\nDesignated BUILDER representatives - KEY PERSONNEL\nResponsible for generating, prioritizing, tracking, and closing all OM&R and Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work tasks on AASAB, Cargo City, and JSSD-K within the allotted time for each classification.\nPosition may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.\nPosition requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior military and/or contingency experience.\nTo be Considered Candidates:\nMust be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
