You’ll work closely with CRM, Private Offers, Analytics, Product, Design, Legal and other teams to ensure every communication is relevant, accurate, timely and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.\nWhat you'll do:\nCoordinate and launch Private Offers communications across SMS, email, push notifications and other direct channels\nWork with the Private Offers team to turn offer mechanics and business priorities into clear communication plans\nPrepare, adapt and proofread customer-facing copy in line with brand, legal and channel requirements\nBuild, schedule and manage campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms\nPublish and maintain website content related to Private Offers, including promotional sliders, widgets and other on-site placements\nSupport the setup and continuous optimization of automated customer journeys\nDefine customer segments and communication logic together with CRM, Analytics and business stakeholders\nMonitor campaign delivery and performance, including reach, open rate, click rate, conversion and other relevant KPIs\nPrepare regular performance reports, identify trends and recommend practical optimization actions\nRun A/B tests across copy, timing, audiences and channels to improve campaign effectiveness\nMaintain an accurate communication calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and without overlap\nCollaborate with CRM, Product, Analytics, Design, Legal and other stakeholders involved in Private Offers\nCore Skills & Tools\nSMS, email, push notifications and other direct communication channels\nCampaign performance reporting and KPI analysis\nA/B testing and campaign optimization\nCustomer segmentation and lifecycle communication would be a plus\nCRM and marketing automation platforms would be a plus\nWebsite content management and on-site promotional placements would be a plus\nWhat you'll bring:\nHands-on experience with SMS, email, push notifications or similar direct communication channels\nStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail\nAbility to understand campaign performance data and turn insights into clear optimization actions\nComfortable working with numbers, data and core marketing KPIs\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nA degree or educational background in business, economics, marketing, analytics or a related field is preferred\nKnowledge of casino products, customer behavior or the iGaming industry is an advantage\nExperience using CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus\nExperience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, direct communications or a related customer engagement role is a plus\nAbout us\nWe are apeople, representing adjarabet.com - the largest entertainment portal in the region and a proud member of the international group, Flutter Central & Eastern Europe.\nWe offer a sustainable environment, a team of highly skilled professionals, and a workplace filled with new and exciting experiences.
