The role ensures continuous product improvement throughout its lifecycle by guiding development efforts and maintaining both the conceptual and technical integrity of the product.\nWorking closely with engineering, QA, stakeholders, and external partners, the Product Owner plays a key role in maximizing the value delivered by the development team, ensuring that all delivered features meet customer needs, business objectives, and the agreed Definition of Done.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Strategy & Market Insight\nResearch market trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.\nUnderstand client and business needs and translate them into valuable product initiatives.\nDefine and manage the product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy and market expansion goals.\nProduct Delivery & Execution\nLead the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from concept through development to launch.\nDefine product goals, scope, and objectives for new features and initiatives.\nWrite clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.\nPrepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for complex projects or integrations.\nCollaborate with development and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and efficiency.\nAgile & Backlog Management\nOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business priorities.\nWork closely with the Scrum Master and engineering teams to plan and track work using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions.\nStakeholder & Partner Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and users regarding product features and delivery.\nManage communication with external vendors, payment providers, and third-party service partners.\nPrepare product documentation and maintain clear communication across teams.\nRelease & Product Lifecycle Management\nPlan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.\nConduct UAT and feature validation prior to releases.\nSupport release activities including feature demos, presentations, and release documentation.\nCollaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth deployment and operational readiness.\nSupport & Continuous Improvement\nTrack escalated issues in line with SLA processes and coordinate their resolution.\nProvide ongoing product support and act as a subject matter expert for payment-related functionality.\nContinuously improve product performance, user experience, and operational processes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Project Management role.\nExperience working with software development and QA teams in an Agile environment.\nProven experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience working on continuous product development and iterative delivery.\n1+ year of experience leading or coordinating development teams.\nDomain Expertise\nExperience working with payment systems, payment gateways, or financial integrations is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with third-party service integrations, APIs, and vendor management is a strong advantage.\nSkills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance technical understanding with business value delivery.\nExperience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nAbout Flutter CEE\nWe are Flutter Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).\nAs a proud member of the Flutter family - a global leader in sports betting and iGaming - we are building one of the Group’s most dynamic tech and product hubs in Central and Eastern Europe.
