This is where bold, ambitious minds build scalable platforms, drive innovation, and shape the future of iGaming in the region.\nRole Overview\nThe Project Manager in the Corporate Transformation & Delivery Office (CTDO) is responsible and accountable for the ownership, guidance, and delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects. PMs ensure that project outcomes and business value are realized, not just outputs delivered.\nAs project leads, PMs manage the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, aligning them with corporate strategies and enterprise priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining structured governance. PMs are proactive leaders who anticipate risks, resolve issues, and optimize processes to ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes that support organizational transformation and sustainable growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn, Guide, and Deliver Strategic Projects\nTake full responsibility for end-to-end ownership of large-scale, mission-critical initiatives that directly impact corporate objectives and transformation goals.\nEnsure projects are not only delivered on time, within scope and budget, but also achieve their intended business outcomes and measurable value.\nStrategic Planning and Accountability\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with strategic priorities, clearly defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.\nGuide projects with accountability, maintaining control over delivery standards, adapting to changing priorities, and safeguarding outcomes.\nCross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership\nEstablish trusted partnerships with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and secure strategic buy-in.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing expectations, ensuring delivery contributes to corporate transformation and facilitating effective communication.\nRisk, Issue, and Dependency Management\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges that could compromise delivery or outcomes.\nDrive timely resolution through structured escalation and decision-making forums.\nGovernance, Transparency, and Reporting\nApply rigorous governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability throughout delivery.\nProvide executives and steering committees with clear, outcome-focused progress reports, metrics, and insights.\nValue Realization and Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze project outcomes and processes to identify improvement opportunities.\nCapture lessons learned, optimize practices, and champion improvements in delivery capability across CTDO.\nMentorship and Team Culture\nPromote a culture of ownership, accountability, and results orientation within project teams.\nMentor colleagues, fostering collaboration and building organizational delivery maturity.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience managing global or multi-location projects.\nExperience in corporate or enterprise delivery functions is highly desirable.\nPMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.\nSkills\nExceptional organizational, leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.\nCommitment to fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.\nWhy choose us\nAt Flutter CEE, people have access to vast opportunities for career growth and self-development.
