You will be responsible for executing production processes, preparing formulations, performing precise liquid handling, and supporting the transfer of new products and processes from Research & Development into routine manufacturing.\nThe successful candidate will understand both the procedural requirements of manufacturing and the scientific principles that influence reagent performance. This position offers an opportunity to apply laboratory expertise while contributing directly to the development and commercialization of innovative diagnostic products.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute manufacturing processes for molecular diagnostic reagents and assay components.\n\nPerform accurate liquid handling using single-channel pipettes.\n\nIdentify and correct common liquid handling issues including contamination, air bubbles, dispensing inconsistencies, and measurement errors.\n\nWork safely within laboratory and controlled manufacturing environments while following PPE, biosafety, and contamination-control requirements.\n\nCalculate dilutions, concentrations, volumes, and material quantities required for formulation preparation.\n\nRecognize and communicate formulation deviations, abnormalities, or process concerns.\n\nSupport scale-up and transfer of formulations from R&D into manufacturing.\n\nApply fundamental knowledge of biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related sciences to support manufacturing activities.\n\nComplete manufacturing records, logs, calculations, and controlled documentation accurately and in real time.\n\nSupport investigations related to deviations, nonconformances, and manufacturing issues. Contribute to risk identification.\n\nFollow GLP, ISO 13485, and company Quality Management System requirements.\n\nWhat You'll Need to Have\nBachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Genetics, or a related scientific discipline.\n\n1+ years of laboratory, biotechnology, molecular diagnostics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or reagent manufacturing experience.\n\nHands-on experience with precision pipetting and reagent preparation.\n\nExperience following SOPs, batch records, and controlled manufacturing procedures.\n\nExperience working in laboratory or regulated manufacturing environments.\n\nStrong pipetting and liquid handling proficiency.\n\nExperience preparing solutions, buffers, reagents, and biological formulations.\n\nAbility to perform dilution, concentration, and formulation calculations.\n\nUnderstanding of molecular biology concepts and biological reagent handling.\n\nStrong documentation and technical recordkeeping skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with PCR, qPCR, sequencing, molecular diagnostics, or nucleic acid-based assays.\n\nExperience formulating diagnostic reagents, master mixes, enzyme preparations, buffers, or biological solutions.\n\nExperience working with enzymes, oligonucleotides, primers, probes, nucleic acids, or assay controls.\n\nExperience supporting technology transfer from R&D into manufacturing.\n\nExperience in ISO 13485, GLP, IVD, or regulated medical device environments.\n\nExperience with lyophilization processes.\n\nKnowledge of reagent stability and storage
