If you want to do your best work alongside people who care as much as you do, you’ll feel at home here.\nOur HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in Canada\nAbout the Role\nWe’re hiring a Talent Partner to be the second member of our Americas Talent team, reporting to our Lead Talent Partner. You’ll join a team spread across AMER, EMEA and APAC. As we grow past 300 people, you’ll have real room to shape how we hire.\nThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role. Fluxon runs on trust and autonomy. Nobody will hand you a playbook, but you’ll have the support to write a better one. You should apply if you see every candidate interaction as a reflection of the company, and if you’d rather fix a broken process than work around it.\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner with Lead Talent Partners to design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design and operations, from first outreach to signed offer.\nRun intro calls and act as each candidate’s main point of contact, keeping them informed, prepared and respected at every stage.\nCoordinate interview loops, and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers so processes keep moving and feedback stays timely.\nRun outbound: find passive candidates, write outreach people actually answer, and test what works.\nShare market insights and flag challenges.\nUse AI tools deliberately to source smarter and move faster, which frees up your time for the human parts of recruiting.\nKeep our ATS clean and current so we can trust our data.\nShare knowledge, support teammates, and suggest improvements to the Talent team’s processes.\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years of recruiting experience with real exposure to technical hiring, whether agency, in-house or both.\nA high bar for candidate experience, meaning fast replies, clear communication, and honesty even when the answer is no.\nThe organization to juggle multiples roles, candidates and calendars without dropping threads.\nYou can push back on a hiring manager and turn down a candidate, and both still trust you afterward.\nComfort with cold outreach. You don’t mind writing to strangers, and silence doesn’t put you off.\nAI tools are already part of how you work, and you’re curious about how to use them better.\nA problem-solving instinct: when something’s broken, you dig in, propose a fix and follow through.\nNice to have: Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby; a startup or consultancy background\nThe compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD annually.
