co-design AI-enabled solutions that address real operational challenges.\nAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nAssess emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools.\nRecommend and support adoption of best-fit AI solutions and frameworks.\nLead AI workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders.\nEnsure AI solutions comply with governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.\nPromote responsible and ethical AI practices across the organization.\nSupport change management activities related to AI adoption.\nTrain end users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of AI solutions.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.\nExperience\nProven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.\nStrong hands-on background in machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced analytics.\nExperience working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nAI / Machine Learning certifications.\nCloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStructured, delivery-focused
