and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, and industry standards.\nDevelop Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and framework to analyse and report enterprise risks, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.\nConduct the periodic review of the risk management policy and other elements of the risk management framework.\nConduct and facilitate risk assessments to define and analyse possible risks within the flyadeal’s business units.\nManage the consolidated flyadeal’s risk register and all other flyadeal’s risk registers.\nMonitor and analyse risks within flyadeal’s business units and reports on these risks to relevant committees.\nAnalyze key risk indicators and the risk register for insights on risk.\nAnalyze data to identify and escalate any operational risks and produce ad-hoc reports and information to a range of stakeholders.\nPrepare reports and recommendations to the ARC Committee on periodic basis.\nEnsure Risk Champions understand their responsibilities with respect to riskmanagement and are supported with training and assistance.\nRequirements\nBachelor 's degree in Business, or any related field.\nA certified risk professional designation is a plus.\nMinimum 6 years’ experience in a related role to enterprise risk, internal audit, project management or related field, out of which 2 years’ experience in risk management.\nKnowledge of risk assessment and strategic planning\nLong term strategic thinking\nExpert in MS word, excel, and Power point.\nRisk analysis.\nMultitasking.\nProblem-solving.\nCollaboration
