route-level analysis cost and performance to identify inefficiencies, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and recommend operational adjustments to improve network profitability.\nIdentify network opportunities and risks through market trends analysis and competitor activity.\nDevelop flight schedules in line with network requirements, aircraft availability, and operational constraints.\nOversee market research to assess new routes, slot opportunities, and route expansion or withdrawal.\nTrack network KPIs and performance against established targets.\nReview network performance and recommend adjustments to address gaps and improve results.\nImprove schedule efficiency through developing scheduling software and optimization tools.\nIdentify network risks and recommend mitigation measures.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, or a related field.\nMinimum +10 years of experience out of which 3 years in senior management.\nExtensive experience in airline network planning, commercial strategy, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and financial modelling skills.\nIn-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.\nExtensive knowledge of network planning and scheduling.\nRisk mitigation management\nStrategical thinking\nExcellent communication.\nInterpersonal, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nData-driven decisions.\nStrong leadership and communication
