Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Engineering Orders (EOs) within required deadlines.\nEnsure maintenance planning aligns with approved maintenance programs and airworthiness standards.\nDevelop comprehensive work packages for scheduled maintenance tasks.\nEnsure accurate distribution of work packages to maintenance teams.\nMonitor all planned tasks to ensure completion within established timelines.\nPlan and forecast Hard Time Component (HTC) replacements ensuring timely procurement and compliance.\nCoordinate with external MROs for outsourced heavy maintenance events including: ( C-checks , Engine changes , Landing gear changes )\nLead C-check events at the MRO, conducting daily progress meetings to ensure targeted Turnaround Time (TAT) is achieved.\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and scheduling execution.\nWork closely with the Material Planner to ensure all required components, consumables, expendables, and materials are available in advance.\nEnsure materials are ordered and available prior to scheduling short-term and long-term maintenance events.\nPrevent delays by proactively identifying material or planning constraints.\nUtilize AMOS for maintenance planning and ensure accurate APN management.\nMaintain accurate planning data supporting forecasting and compliance monitoring.\nEnsure planning inputs support lease and ownership requirements where applicable.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering.\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, CAMO, or related engineering field within an airline or MRO environment.\nStrong understanding of MPD, CAMP, and GMM.\nGood knowledge of GACA regulations and airworthiness requirements.\nGood understanding of Aircraft Manufacturer Manuals and technical documentation.\nWorking knowledge of relevant APNs within AMOS.\nUnderstanding of aircraft lease and ownership requirements.\nStrong coordination and organizational skills.\nAbility to work under pressure in a time-sensitive operational environment.\nHigh attention to detail and compliance
