timely resolution of discrepancies.\nTrack and analyze trends in findings to recommend systemic improvements.\nQuality Improvement Initiatives\nPartner with internal teams to implement process improvements and reduce recurring issues.\nReporting and Coordination\nPrepare detailed quality control reports for submission to the Senior Manager.\nShare findings and recommendations with stakeholders to enhance operational standards.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 10 years in aviation maintenance or 5 years in aviation maintenance quality.\nBachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent.\nProficiency in aviation regulations, including GACA, EASA, or FAA standards.\nExpertise in AMOS or similar maintenance software.\nStrong data analysis skills for identifying trends and improving processes.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nProblem-solving and analytical
