Job Location: Mascot, New South Wales, Sydney, Australia Employment Type: 6-Month Contract Key Outcomes:Meeting project targets with regards to efficiency of completing the sorting and scanning of documents within time line.\nGuarantee the integrity of the data being scanned and ensuring the appropriate scanning settings are used to ensure right resolution and page orientation is a 100 %accurate.\nQuality check of scanned data vs. uploads to the Platform, to ensure every record received is in the platform.\nBe an ambassador for Flydocs when interacting with customers and key stakeholders.\nEnsuring zero rework is required.\nCustomer feedback on daily progress against scanning targets.\nSet scanner parameters as identified for each job to ensure accurate handling per customer specifications.\nResponsible for daily maintenance, including cleaning, of scanner to ensure image quality. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.\nMeeting housekeeping expectations ensuring outstanding visual management of the work environment\nManaging personal health and safety during the shipment and receiving of boxes [20-35 pounds]\nAudit incoming physical records for physical condition and raise discrepancies to Client as needed.\nFile and store physical records to Client´s specifications.\nAssist client with quarantining/lockdown of records as needed, under Client´s guidance.\nTravel requirement for domestic onsite scanning projects.\nRequirements Behavioural Competencies required to be successful : Deliver Results:\nGood attention to detail Leading into change:\nBe flexible to adjust to different customer requirements on different projects Seek out learning:\nShould have learning eagerness\nLearn from own experience and should coach to other team members when in similar situation.\nMust be computer literate and willing to advance skill set.
