digital products\n\nCollaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements, and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs\n\nEnsuring all designs align with design systems and industry best practices\n\nCreating consistent and adaptable UI components that support product scalability\n\nManaging multiple projects while maintaining design quality and efficiency\n\nPresenting design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams\n\nWorking in an end-to-end digital process\n\nCollaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (Researchers, Consultants, UX Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts, Developers)\n\nAdditional scope at the Senior level:\nLeading UI projects and contributing to design standards\n\nSupporting the development and enhancement of design systems\n\nReviewing UI deliverables from other contributors\n\nDocumenting reusable UI patterns and handover standards\n\nWhat skills and experience do we expect?\nStrong understanding of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns\n\n2+ years of experience in UI design (mid-level); 5+ years for senior roles\n\nProficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools\n\nExperience working within or maintaining a design system\n\nA portfolio showcasing UI design expertise in commercial digital products\nFor Senior level, the portfolio should include at least 3 documented projects where you were the lead designer, managed a team, or had a significant impact on the final outcome\n\nAwareness of UX principles and their impact on UI design\n\nGenuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into daily design processes\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)\n\nA detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset\n\nFamiliarity with design-development collaboration (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a
