In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, bridging the gap between client needs and cross-functional contributors.\nYou will coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, with a specific focus on serving and growing our portfolio of clients in the Middle East and MENA region.\nYour scope will include delivery coordination, project profitability and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.\nThis is more than just a task-management role. We are looking for a true project owner who can navigate the complexities of project execution, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our AI-first project management processes.\nScope of services\nOrder management and business development\nPreparing work orders based on client requirements and project capacity for approval by Flying Bisons.\n\nPreparing compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations.\n\nCoordinating delivery timelines and supporting smooth order processing.\n\nIdentifying upsell opportunities and thinking strategically about expanding partnerships.\n\nDelivery and resource coordination\nPlanning project delivery against availability declared by contributors.\n\nProposing delivery alternatives when a contributor becomes unavailable.\n\nCoordinating access, approvals and NDAs required for project delivery.\n\nIdentifying potential capacity constraints and proposing adjustments to support delivery continuity.\n\nFinancial and administrative oversight\nSupporting the accuracy of project data in billing systems and the invoicing process.\n\nMonitoring project budget utilization.\n\nReconciling reported hours against the project budget.\n\nCommunicating discrepancies and project-related financial risks promptly.\n\nSupporting the monitoring of client receivables.\n\nProject execution and quality\nActing as the primary point of contact for clients and internal contributors, including Analytics, Design, Dev and other areas.\n\nGathering and structuring project status updates from stream deliverables.\n\nCoordinating projects using agile methodologies, including 1 to 2 week sprints, within Jira and other PM tools.\n\nStakeholder and risk management\nBuilding and nurturing relationships with partners, with a deep understanding of the cultural and business specifics of clients from the MENA region.\n\nPlanning delivery around declared availability windows across contributors, vendors and clients.\n\nIdentifying project risks and proposing mitigation options to support delivery continuity.\n\nCommunicating effectively to keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals, dependencies and delivery status.\n\nProcess improvement\nContributing to the development of tools and processes supporting AI-first project management.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development and research.\n\nPrior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East or MENA region and a solid understanding of the local business culture.\n\nStrong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools.\n\nSolid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.\n\nProficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English, C1/C2 level.\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience coordinating client expectations with project delivery.\n\nExperience coordinating delivery across 10 to 15 contributors from different disciplines.\n\nStrong ownership of project delivery and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.\n\nAbility to identify business opportunities.\n\nStrong understanding of project budgets, profitability and reporting.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Productive.\n\nExperience in a digital agency environment.\n\nExperience managing projects for international clients.\n\nExperience contributing to AI-first project management tools and processes.\n\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors.\n\nSuggested commercial range: 15 000 to 17 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.\n\nRemote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.\n\nAccess to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.\n\nFor long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or
