The other 90% - the Invisible 90%- is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.\nThat’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.\nRole context\nWe’re looking for a Junior UX Designer with strong fundamentals, positive energy and the ability to take a defined problem and deliver a solution end to end.\nIf you enjoy improving digital products, collaborating with others and taking ownership of clearly scoped design tasks, this role is for you.\nScope of services\nParticipating in commercial UX/UI projects from concept to delivery.\n\nDesigning product concepts, wireframes, user flows, prototypes and interfaces.\n\nWorking within an end-to-end digital design process.\n\nCollaborating closely with other designers and an interdisciplinary team, including researchers, strategists, developers and data analysts.\n\nUsing AI tools thoughtfully to support your design workflow.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nSolid understanding of UX fundamentals.\n\nAbility to create wireframes and simple user flows in Figma.\n\nFirst experience in design, such as prototyping, interfaces or research, commercial or non-commercial.\n\nA portfolio, small is fine, but real.\n\nGood knowledge of Figma.\n\nGood command of English, B2/C1+, and Polish.\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nProactive, disciplined and self-motivated approach to project delivery.\n\nFast learner with a “let’s improve it” attitude.\n\nComfortable using AI tools smartly, not blindly.\n\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors.\n\nSuggested commercial range: 5 000 to 7 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.\n\nRemote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.\n\nAccess to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.\n\nFor long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.\n\nPossibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.\n\nDesign reviews are part of the delivery process;
