The other 90% - the Invisible 90%- is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.\nThat’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.\nScope of services\nwork in project teams alongside more experienced UX, UI and Strategic Designers,\n\nhelp translate briefs, concepts and user needs into user flows and interactive prototypes,\n\nuse AI to quickly explore different solutions instead of designing every screen from scratch,\n\nexperiment with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code and new solutions emerging on the market,\n\ncreate early versions of flows that can quickly be clicked through, discussed and developed further,\n\niterate on solutions based on feedback from more experienced designers and the project team,\n\nthink about how the whole product behaves, not just about individual screens,\n\nconsider different states, errors, user actions and edge cases,\n\nwork in Figma when it is the best tool for the job,\n\ndevelop your ability to combine AI with solid UX and UI fundamentals,\n\ngradually build your own AI-native workflow,\n\nshare interesting tools, experiments and learnings with the team.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for someone who:\nhas some practical experience with UX/UI or Product Design, gained through commercial work, internships, freelance work, university projects or personal projects,\n\nunderstands basic UX principles and can think about the entire user flow rather than individual screens,\n\nhas a good visual sense and understands the basics of hierarchy, spacing and interface design,\n\nactively looks for ways to use AI to improve or speed up their design process\n\nis interested in how AI is changing design and wants to actively develop in this area,\n\nis comfortable trying new things even when they do not initially know exactly how to approach them,\n\nlearns new tools quickly,\n\nis open to feedback and comfortable showing work that is still in progress,\n\ncan explain the reasoning behind their design decisions,\n\nthinks not only about how a button looks, but also about what happens after the user clicks it,\n\ncan communicate comfortably in English in a project environment.\nYou do not need to meet every requirement perfectly.\nIf you are at the beginning of your career but already experimenting, building your own things and learning quickly, we would still be very happy to hear from you.\n\nNice to have\nbuilt a prototype, small app, website or personal project using AI,\n\nexperience with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code or similar,\n\nbasic knowledge of how websites and digital products are built,\n\nbasic knowledge of HTML, CSS or general front-end concepts,\n\nexperience working with developers, Product Managers or researchers,\n\npersonal projects that demonstrate curiosity and initiative beyond work or university,\n\nexperience experimenting with different AI models and tools.\nNone of these are mandatory.\n\nWhat matters more than years of experience\nWe are not looking for the person with the longest CV.\nWe are looking for signs of potential.\nWhat matters most to us is:\ncuriosity,\n\nlearning speed,\n\nproduct thinking,\n\ninitiative,\n\nwillingness to experiment,\n\nsolid design fundamentals,\n\ngenuine interest in AI-native design.\n\nA small project that you built yourself and can explain well may tell us more about you than a perfectly polished portfolio.\nShort video application\nInstead of a traditional cover letter, we would like you to send us a short video in English.\nMaximum length: 8-10 minutes.\nYou do not need to prepare or edit it professionally. A simple screen recording or Loom is absolutely fine.\nWe would like you to show us two things.\n1. Show us something you created, around 5 minutes\nShow us one project or experiment where you used AI.\nIt can be:\na prototype,\n\na small app,\n\na website,\n\na university project,\n\na personal project,\n\nan experiment,\n\nor something you created mainly to learn a new tool.\n\nBriefly tell us:\nWhat were you trying to create?\n\nWhich AI tool did you use?\n\nWhat did AI help you with?\n\nWhat did you change or design yourself?\n\nWhat did you learn while working on it?\n\nThe project does not need to be commercial or particularly complex.\nWe are much more interested in how you approached it.\n2.
