You will work with organisations to design and optimise analytics ecosystems, define KPIs, audit tracking implementations, analyse user behaviour, and turn data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance, digital products, and user experience. Beyond reporting, you will help clients understand what the data means, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.\nScope of services\nAnalyse data from websites, apps, digital products, and campaigns.\n\nWork with clients and internal teams to define business goals, KPIs, and analytics needs.\n\nDesign measurement plans, tracking plans, event structures, and data documentation.\n\nConfigure, audit, and optimise GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and other digital analytics tools.\n\nWork with data in BigQuery, including writing SQL queries and analysing data from different sources.\n\nIdentify issues related to data quality, tracking, reporting, and analytics governance.\n\nSupport topics related to Consent Mode, user consent management, and privacy by design.\n\nAnalyse user journeys, conversion funnels, retention, and marketing performance.\n\nPrepare dashboards, reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and business stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with Strategy, UX Research, Product Design, Development, Data, and Client Service teams.\n\nUse AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up analysis, improve documentation, support SQL work, and prepare better recommendations faster.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nAdvanced knowledge of GA4, including configuration, events, conversions, audiences, reporting, and data interpretation.\n\nStrong experience with Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, data layer, and event tracking.\n\nPractical knowledge of BigQuery and SQL.\n\nExperience in an agency, consulting, or project-based environment.\n\nExperience in designing measurement plans and defining KPIs.\n\nAbility to identify gaps in tracking, data quality, and analytics configuration.\n\nAbility to turn data into clear business, product, and UX recommendations.\n\nExperience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to lead meetings, workshops, or analytics consultations.\n\nExperience with dashboards and BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of data quality, user consent, Consent Mode, and privacy topics in digital analytics.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.\n\nIndependence, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nGood command of written and spoken Polish and English, at least B2+/C1.\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of server-side tagging.\n\nExperience with tools such as Piwik PRO, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or CDPs.\n\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.\n\nExperience in CRO, A/B testing, personalisation, or conversion funnel optimisation.\n\nAbility to combine quantitative data with qualitative insights, such as UX research, usability testing, heatmaps, or session recordings.\n\nCertifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud, BigQuery, or other analytics platforms.\n\nPractical use of AI to improve efficiency in analytical or consulting work.\n\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors\n\nRemote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment\n\nAccess to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery,
