Our mission is to help our clients Unleash Digital Potential™.\nWe work at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Our projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).\nOur uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifestand Strategic Design - The Future of Design- design craft is only 10% of success. The other 90% - the Invisible 90%- is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.\nThat’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.\nRole context\nWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is comfortable working on complex digital products and taking real ownership of UX.\nYou do not need to be the strongest visual designer in the room. For this role, we care much more about your ability to understand complex problems, connect the dots, design user journeys and make good decisions when requirements are incomplete or conflicting.\nYou may be an experienced Senior or a strong Mid-level Designer already operating with a high level of independence.\nYou will work closely with clients, Product Managers, Product Owners, researchers, analysts and developers. In many situations, there will not be one obvious answer. We need someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions and help the team move towards the right solution.\nScope of services\nTake ownership of UX for selected areas of complex digital products.\n\nTranslate user needs, business goals, technical constraints and regulations into clear user experiences.\n\nMap user journeys and flows, define information architecture and create wireframes and prototypes.\n\nDesign complex processes, forms and interactions.\n\nIdentify missing, inconsistent or conflicting requirements and actively work with stakeholders to resolve them.\n\nWork directly with clients and multidisciplinary product teams.\n\nPresent, explain and defend design decisions.\n\nUse research, usability testing, analytics and other sources of evidence to validate and improve solutions.\n\nWork with large design systems and ensure consistency across products.\n\nDesign with accessibility, inclusivity and security requirements in mind.\n\nCollaborate across web and mobile products.\n\nUse AI as an active part of your design process, from research and synthesis to ideation, prototyping and optimisation.\n\nAdapt to changes in requirements, priorities, project direction, processes and team structures.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nA strong portfolio of commercial UX projects showing real project work and your individual contribution.\n\nSolid UX skills, particularly in user flows, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.\n\nExperience working on complex digital products, platforms or ecosystems.\n\nAbility to independently take a problem from an unclear starting point to a structured design solution.\n\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders or managing complex dependencies within a product.\n\nAbility to explain what you personally did, what decisions you made and what changed as a result.\n\nExperience working directly with clients, Product Managers, Product Owners or business stakeholders.\n\nUnderstanding of accessibility and inclusive design.\n\nExperience working with design systems.\n\nUnderstanding of web and mobile design principles.\n\nA proactive approach and willingness to go beyond the initial brief when the situation requires it.\n\nOpenness to changing requirements and project conditions.\n\nPractical and active use of AI in the design process.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English, C1 level.\n\nAbility and willingness to cooperate on a B2B basis.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with government or public-service digital products.\n\nExperience working on projects in the MENA region.\n\nExperience conducting UX audits.\n\nExperience with highly regulated products or complex transactional processes.\n\nExperience with data visualisation.\n\nBackground in financial services, telecommunications, healthcare or enterprise platforms.\n\nAgency or consulting experience.\n\nAI-first means more than using ChatGPT\nWe expect designers to actively explore how AI can improve the way they work.\nThis could include research, synthesis, exploring edge cases, generating alternative concepts, prototyping, analysing qualitative data, preparing documentation or automating repetitive parts of the design process.\nWe are interested in what you actually do with AI and how it improves the quality, speed or scope of your work.\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors.\n\nSuggested commercial range: 15,000 to 20,000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.\n\n100% remote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.\n\nAccess to project tools and systems required for delivery.\n\nCollaboration with experienced specialists in strategy, research, product, data, technology and delivery.\n\nWork on large and complex digital products with real business and user impact.","description_format":"text","description_chars":5469,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced
