If you love asking why, enjoy connecting the dots between data and people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - this might be your next big move\nScope of tasks:\nPreparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.\n\nCreating reports and delivering key project insights to the team\n\nConducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews - FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting\n\nPreparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams\n\nSynthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments\n\nCreate personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted\n\nCollaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)\n\nWhat you’ll bring to the team\nProfessional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, or remote research platforms\n\nExperience collaborating with European clients or teams\n\nFluent English (both written and spoken)\n\nNative-level proficiency in Arabic\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills -
