Strategic Designers lead the entire flow - from initial offer, research, strategy, concept, and validation through UX/UI design and development support.\nThey are the frontline project owners: the people who protect the vision, navigate politics, structure complexity, and ensure projects land successfully in the real world.\nA Partner is your main point of contact and the Delivery Director supports the engagement. The project's success is yours to own.\nScope of services\nLeading high-stakes projects end-to-end, from framing the challenge to launch readiness.\n\nStructuring complexity into actionable plans, using frameworks like the Project Pyramid.\n\nManaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, ministries and enterprise teams.\n\nNavigating politics: knowing when to negotiate, compromise or stand firm.\n\nBridging business, design and technology, speaking the language of each.\n\nGuarding the design vision against organizational chaos, ensuring it reaches users intact.\n\nCollaborating with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nSolid background in UX and/or UI design, craft foundations are non-negotiable.\n\nExperience with large-scale projects, such as enterprise platforms, government services or complex corporate ecosystems.\n\nStrong business literacy, with the ability to connect design decisions to strategy.\n\nExcellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.\n\nResilience and calmness under pressure.\n\nProficiency in English, C1/C2.\n\nWhat this engagement
