The other 90%, the Invisible 90%, is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.\nThat’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design, and we invite you to cooperate with us in this area.\nScope of services\nDefining the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems\n\nLeading and directing design process for a wide range of products\n\nDeveloping brand identity and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all product and brand touchpoints.\n\nLeading UI projects and directing the design process from concept to delivery\n\nCollaborating directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting design concepts and solutions (with PM support)\n\nImproving workflows, establishing internal design processes, and maintaining visual standards\n\nCollaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers)\n\nCreating marketing and communication materials\n\nLogo design or refinement, if required (nice to have)\n\nMentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExtraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography\n\n3+ years of documented commercial experience\n\nExtensive portfolio of commercial projects\n\nGood command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1)\n\nGreat communication and presentation skills\n\nProactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out\n\nGood understanding of business and technology\n\nExtreme attention to details\n\nNice to have\nSkills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation\n\nExperience in brand identity design\n\nSocial media presence (Dribbble or Behance)\n\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors\n\nSuggested commercial range:\nMid 12 000 -
