Design - and we want you to be part of it.\nRole context\nWe're looking for a UX Researcher to work with us on client projects, on a B2B basis.\nIn this role, you will lead and support research initiatives across a variety of digital products and services, helping clients make informed product and business decisions through user-centered insights.\nYou will work closely with designers, strategists, developers, data analysts and stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions and shape exceptional customer experiences.\nScope of services\nPreparing and executing research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.\n\nCreating reports and delivering key project insights to the team.\n\nConducting research using techniques such as user testing, in-depth interviews, IDIs, occasionally focus group interviews, FGIs, tree testing and card sorting.\n\nPreparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams.\n\nSynthesizing and communicating findings to inspire design and product decisions and create visibility across departments.\n\nCreating personas, user journey maps and blueprints as outputs of the research conducted.\n\nCollaborating with other researchers and with an interdisciplinary team, including designers, strategists, developers and data analysts.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nCommercial experience as a UX Researcher working on digital products and services.\n\nStrong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.\n\nDeep understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.\n\nAbility to independently plan and execute research projects.\n\nExcellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nProactive, solution-oriented mindset.\n\nFluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English.\n\nKnowledge and experience in working with AI.\n\nNice to have\nExperience working in consulting, agency or multi-project environments.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma and FigJam.\n\nCooperation terms\nB2B cooperation for independent contractors.\n\nSuggested commercial range: 10 000 to 12 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.\n\nRemote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.\n\nAccess to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.\n\nFor long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on
