commercial project teams and collaborate with experienced designers, developers and strategists.\nThis internship is an opportunity to gain practical UX/UI experience and understand how digital products are created from idea to launch.\nThe internship programme offers flexible participation options, allowing you to choose a time commitment that fits your academic schedule and other personal responsibilities.\nScope of services\nTaking part in real commercial UX/UI projects.\n\nCreating user interface concepts, wireframes and prototypes.\n\nSupporting the design process from discovery to final delivery.\n\nCollaborating with designers, developers, researchers, strategists and data analysts.\n\nApplying UX/UI methods and industry practices while delivering defined design tasks.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nStudents or recent graduates in design, digital media, psychology, IT or related fields.\n\nA portfolio showcasing personal, university, freelance or commercial projects.\n\nGood knowledge of Figma.\n\nGood communication skills and teamwork attitude.\n\nProactive mindset and willingness to learn.\n\nSelf-organization and attention to detail.\n\nEnglish and Polish at communicative level, B2/C1+.\n\nNice to have\nFirst experience in UX/UI, research, prototyping or interface design.\n\nInterest in digital products, startups and new technologies.\n\nWhat you will gain\nExperience working on real commercial design tasks.\n\nYour deliverables are reviewed by an experienced designer before handover to the client.\n\nPractical experience applying UX/UI methods in project delivery.\n\nCollaboration with specialists from different disciplines.\n\nInsight into professional product design workflows.\n\nWork you can present in your portfolio after written approval from us and the client.\n\nCooperation terms\nStudent Contract cooperation or B2B cooperation for independent contractors.\n\nSuggested commercial range: 4 000 to 6 000 PLN gross per month on Student Contract, or 4 000 to 6 000 PLN net + VAT per month on B2B, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.\n\nInitial 3-month engagement with defined deliverables and a named review contact.\n\nAfter the initial 3-month engagement, there may be an option to extend cooperation.\n\nRemote cooperation.\n\nCooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.\n\nAccess to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.\n\nFor long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.\n\nPossibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.\n\nThe cooperation is based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear
