The role bridges business stakeholders, Data & Analytics, and Software Development teams by promoting responsible AI adoption, providing user training and guidance, and delivering practical AI solutions while transitioning complex requirements to AI development teams when appropriate.\nKey responsibilities\nFacilitate discovery sessions to identify business needs, opportunities, and AI use cases.\nTranslate business requirements into user stories, solution requirements, and acceptance criteria.\nAssess and recommend appropriate AI solutions, including low-code agents and other AI capabilities.\nIdentify use cases that exceed low-code platform capabilities and collaborate with developers and solution architects to define requirements for custom or advanced AI solutions.\nDesign and configure AI agents, prompts, knowledge sources, workflows, and integrations using approved platforms.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to define data, security, governance, and integration requirements.\nDevelop and validate prototypes and pilot solutions with stakeholders.\nTest, deploy, and support AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.\nMonitor and optimize solution performance, accuracy, adoption, and business outcomes.\nAdvise and train stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use.\nApply responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, records management, and data governance requirements.\nMaintain knowledge of emerging AI technologies, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.\nContribute to standards, reusable assets, documentation, and communities of practice for AI delivery.\nPerform other duties as required.\nRequired qualifications\nExperience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.\nAbility to develop documentation, facilitate workshops, and support training and change adoption.\nCustomer focus, initiative, strong planning and organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.\nAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships across business and technical teams.\nEnglish language fluency, both written and verbal (Must be able to communicate with English internal and external customers across the country).\nPreferred qualifications\nDegree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related field.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-enabled business solutions would be considered an asset.\nKnowledge of AI agent design, prompt design, knowledge management, and testing and validation practices would be considered an asset.\nUnderstanding of API integration concepts, MCP, governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and Responsible AI principles would be considered an asset.\nBenefits of joining our award-winning team\nEnjoy exclusive employee travel programs across the Air Canada network, giving you and your family access to incredible destinations.\nSecure your long-term financial well-being with our competitive, employer-supported retirement savings programs (defined contribution pension plan or voluntary group RRSP) for permanent employees.\nBenefit from a comprehensive health and wellness package, including health, dental, life, and accident insurance to keep you and your loved ones protected.\nAbout Jazz Aviation LP\nJazz Aviation LP (Jazz) is Canada’s largest regional airline and Air Canada’s primary Air Canada Express operator, connecting people and communities to approximately 70 destinations across North America.\nWith over 4,200 dedicated professionals, Jazz fosters a workplace united by purpose and supported by programs and policies that promote safety, diversity, and wellness.
