# AI Analyst

Purpose of position The AI Analyst works collaboratively with business units to identify, design, build, and support AI-powered solutions using low-code platforms. The role bridges business stakeholders, Data & Analytics, and Software Development teams by promoting responsible AI adoption, providing user training and guidance, and delivering practical AI solutions while transitioning complex requirements to AI development teams when appropriate. Key responsibilities Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business needs, opportunities, and AI use cases. Translate business requirements into user stories, solution requirements, and acceptance criteria. Assess and recommend appropriate AI solutions, including low-code agents and other AI capabilities. Identify use cases that exceed low-code platform capabilities and collaborate with developers and solution architects to define requirements for custom or advanced AI solutions. Design and configure AI agents, prompts, knowledge sources, workflows, and integrations using approved platforms.
