The ideal candidate will be:\nCurrently studying engineering, construction management or a related discipline as part of a placement or internship programme.\nA clear communicator with good verbal and written skills.\nPositive, reliable and comfortable asking questions when guidance is needed.\nInterested in construction project delivery, site operations and engineering practice.\nDetail-focused, safety-conscious and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.\nEager to learn, open to feedback and willing to develop through practical site experience.\nThis placement is a strong foundation for students who want to build a future career in construction.
