If you're great at understanding client needs, building trust, and ensuring long-term collaboration, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage and grow relationships with B2B clients\n\nAct as the main point of contact for assigned accounts\n\nEnsure ongoing client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities\n\nCollaborate with delivery and technical teams to make sure projects meet client expectations\n\nGather client feedback to improve services and propose upsell opportunities\n\nSupport renewals and coordinate with business development when needed\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in client/account management in the tech sector\n\nExcellent communication skills in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+)\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented, with a knack for building strong client relationships\n\nFamiliarity with Pipedrive or other CRM tools\n\nBeing up to date with AI topics and good understanding of them\n\nCustomer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving\n\nWhat we offer\n8000 -
