If you enjoy having real impact on product direction, making key technical decisions, and working directly with clients- this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll do\nWork on the development and deployment of AI-driven features, ensuring timely delivery and continuous iteration\n\nParticipate in client meetings to discuss progress, architecture, and system capabilities\n\nBuild and improve LLM/NLP-based data extraction and analysis models\n\nDevelop and orchestrate AI agents capable of handling multi-step, tool-augmented workflows\n\nOptimize system performance for real-time and large-scale applications\n\nEnsure statistical accuracy in lifecycle tracking and model evaluation\n\nCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n4+ years of experience in SE/AI/ML or a related field\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs or NLP in production environments\n\nExperience with RAG, vector search, or agent-based LLM architectures\n\nSolid Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)\n\nExperience deploying models or pipelines using FastAPI\n\nComfortable using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) as part of the daily development workflow.\n\nStrong communication skills -
