You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of both internal and external initiatives, from initial planning to final delivery, with a strong focus on organization, process optimization, and results.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across teams and stakeholders\n\nMonitor project progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope\n\nProactively identify process improvements and implement actionable changes\n\nCoordinate team workload, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations\n\nOrganize and lead regular project meetings (internal and external)\n\nEnsure effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients\n\nMaintain high-quality documentation, including technical records required for grant-based projects\n\nDeliver solutions and drive results in line with business priorities\n\nWhat we're looking for\nMinimum 3 years of experience in project management in a tech-focused environment\n\nProven track record of managing long-term projects involving AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, ML, or Robotics\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\nExperience in preparing and managing technical documentation, especially for grant settlement and reporting\n\nAbility to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills- for yourself and the team\n\nProactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions independently\n\nEagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in dynamic environments\n\nComfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English C1)\n\nWhat we offer\n12 000 -
