Deployment\nLocation: Dhaka, Bangladesh\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct user research, stakeholder discussions and requirement analysis.\nTranslate business requirements into user journeys, information architecture and intuitive workflows.\nCreate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.\nDesign responsive web and mobile applications.\nDevelop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.\nApply UX principles to simplify complex enterprise workflows.\nCollaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and QA teams.\nParticipate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.\nEnsure consistency across screens, platforms and user journeys.\nPrepare design specifications and handoff materials for development teams.\nReview implemented interfaces and ensure alignment with approved designs.\nEnterprise / Domain Exposure\nExperience designing products or applications for:\nBanking & Digital Banking\nFintech & Payment Platforms\nTelecom & Digital Services\nInsurance\nEnterprise / B2B Applications\nCustomer Portals and Self-Service Platforms\nExperience working with complex workflows, dashboards, transaction journeys, customer onboarding, authentication, approval workflows or data-intensive interfaces will be an advantage.\nSenior-Level Expectations\nSenior candidates will additionally be expected to:\nLead UX strategy and design for complex products or modules.\nEstablish and maintain design systems and standards.\nConduct design reviews and provide UX direction.\nMentor Mid-Level and Junior designers.\nWork directly with clients and stakeholders where required.\nTranslate complex business requirements into simple, user-centric experiences.\n Required Skills\nBachelor's degree in Design, CSE, HCI, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related discipline.\n3-8 years of professional UI/UX design experience, depending on level.\nStrong proficiency in Figma.\nStrong understanding of UX research, interaction design and visual design.\nExperience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.\nStrong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.\nGood knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.\nAbility to work effectively with development and product teams.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nPortfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required.\nPreferred
