Successful candidates will find Flyttrto be an exhilarating place to do their best work and will find that every person at Flyttrplays a critical role in a dynamic, exciting, team-oriented culture.\nRole Overview\nIn support of the national response to the New World Screwworm (NWS) re-incursion, Flyttris rapidly establishing\noperations inanR&D facility and standing-up a modular sterile fly production facility in San Antonio, Texas.\nAs a ProjectManager, you will play a critical role in delivering strategically important infrastructure\nand the biological solutions that will support the national NWS response.You will coordinatecross-functional teams, manageproject plans, and driveexecution against scope, schedule, and budget.Working\neffectively with internal and external stakeholders, you will own the integrated project schedule, proactively identify and manage risks and issues, and provide clear, actionable updates to the Global Program Manager and Executive LeadershipTeam, with strong matrixed engagement with the NWS Program Director.\nSuccess in this role requires strong technical projectmanagement experience, excellent organizationaland communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into concise executive-level reporting. Experience supporting technology development programs is essential, while familiarity with construction projects is highly desirable.
