You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, responding to incidents, and ensuring a high-quality passenger experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and control traffic flow across roadways, curbsides, and parking areas\nSupport passenger flow, wayfinding, and overall terminal operations\nRespond to incidents, emergencies, and service requests in accordance with airport procedures\nAddress passenger inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience\nConduct routine inspections of landside and terminal areas for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness\nMonitor parking and curbside operations to support efficient service and revenue control\nOversee activities on the terminal ramp, including fueling coordination and ground support operations\nEscort vendors and contractors and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards\nSupport airport security programs, including monitoring access control, surveillance systems, and inspections\nAssist with snow and ice operations and weather response as needed\nMaintain operational logs, incident reports, and communicate updates to leadership\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma required; technical training or associate’s degree preferred\nAt least one (1) year of experience in airport operations, security, or a related field (or equivalent education)\nBasic knowledge of airport environments, operations, or safety procedures\nStrong customer service skills and ability to work in a high-volume, public-facing environment\nAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions in dynamic or emergency situations\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nValid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport driving privileges\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship\nMust successfully pass TSA background screening and obtain airport security clearance\nMust meet FAA Part 139 training and operational requirements\nWork Environment\nPrimarily works in a busy airport terminal and landside environment, including passenger areas, curbside, roadways, and parking facilities, with occasional access to airside locations\nRegular exposure to passenger traffic, vehicle activity, varying weather conditions, and moderate noise levels, requiring continuous movement and situational awareness\nThis is an essential position requiring availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, holidays, and
