We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition, AMER to lead recruiting across the Americas region while partnering closely with senior business leaders to attract exceptional talent in a competitive global market.\nThis role combines strategic workforce planning, executive partnership, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and hands-on recruiting leadership. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping shape how Flywire leverages AI and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.\nYou'll collaborate with recruiting teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistency in our hiring practices while adapting to the unique needs of each AMER market.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full-cycle recruiting across AMER for technical, corporate, and leadership hiring.\nDevelop trusted partnerships with senior leaders to build hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.\nCoach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, inclusive hiring, and market intelligence.\nDrive recruiting projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and candidate experience.\nPartner with HR, Compensation, Finance, Immigration, Procurement, and Legal throughout the hiring lifecycle.\nBuild diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.\nUse recruiting analytics and dashboards to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and influence business decisions.\nLeverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, interview preparation, and hiring insights.\nEnsure recruiting processes comply with local employment regulations across AMER.\nMentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators while helping elevate team performance and capability.\nSupport executive hiring and confidential searches when required.\nChampion a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Flywire's values and employer brand.\nContinuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recruiting workflows.\n Here's What We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility.\n2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams.\nExperience recruiting across multiple AMER countries.\nStrong experience hiring technical and business professionals.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution.\nComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or high-growth technology companies.\nExperience supporting global organizations across multiple regions.\nExperience leading recruiting transformation initiatives.\nExperience with executive search.\nExperience implementing or working within Workday Recruiting.\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and recruiting technologies.\nKnowledge of labor markets across Australia, India, China, Japan, and other AMER markets.\nAI Native Expectations\nWe believe AI is transforming Talent Acquisition.
