This role will own the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of People reporting and analytics within Workday.\nYou will partner closely with People leaders, People Operations, People Technology, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong Workday reporting professional who is equally comfortable working with stakeholders, improving data quality and turning complex workforce data into clear actionable insights.\nWhat you will do\nDesign, build, test and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards and data extracts that support People, Finance, executive and board-level reporting needs.\nTranslate stakeholder needs into clear reporting requirements, including metrics definitions, data sources, security considerations, delivery cadence and expected business outcomes.\nDevelop advanced Workday reporting solutions using Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, composite reports, matrix reports and related Workday capabilities.\nPartner with People Technology and Workday implementation stakeholders to support a successful post-go-live reporting model, including prioritisation and delivery of critical People reports.\nEstablish trusted consistent definitions for core workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, diversity, organisational structure and talent outcomes.\nValidate report logic and data accuracy, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues through disciplined testing and root-cause analysis.\nBuild and maintain documentation covering reports, metrics, data sources, business logic and operating procedures.\nPartner with Business Intelligence and data teams when advanced analytics, cross-functional data sets, automation or enterprise-level insights are required beyond native Workday reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify manual reporting, improve self-service access to data and strengthen the overall People analytics experience.\nSupport reporting governance by ensuring appropriate data security, confidentiality, access controls and adherence to applicable privacy requirements.\nProvide guidance and enablement to People team stakeholders on how to interpret and use reports effectively.\n Here's what we're looking for\n5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Analytics or a related analytical role.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience building and maintaining reports in Workday, including advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields and composite reporting.\nExperience with Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards, along with Worksheets.\nStrong knowledge of Workday HCM data structures, business processes, security domains and reporting best practice.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation and data analysis.\nExperience transforming ambiguous business questions into practical scalable reporting solutions.\nStrong analytical judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to validate data accuracy before communicating findings.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and insights clearly to nontechnical audiences.\nExperience partnering with Finance, People Operations, HR Technology and/or Business Intelligence teams.\nA strong commitment to data privacy, confidentiality and responsible handling of employee information.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving global environment.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience supporting a Workday implementation, stabilisation period or major Workday reporting transformation.\nExperience with workforce planning, organisational analytics, talent analytics or executive People reporting.\nKnowledge of Workday EIB, Orchestrator, Studio and Extend.\nExperience with Prism Analytics.\nWorkday Reporting or a related certification is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.\nExperience with data querying, data modelling or integrating HR data with enterprise data sources.\nExperience working in a global matrixed organisation.\nTechnologies we use\nWorkday HCM and Workday Reporting\nMicrosoft Excel and Google Sheets\nBusiness intelligence and visualisation tools\nJira and collaboration tools, including Slack and Google Workspace\n What We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)\nCompetitive time off, including Digital Disconnect and FlyBetter Days to volunteer in a cause you believe in.\nFlying Start - Our immersive Global Induction Program (Meet our Execs & Global Teams)\nWork with brilliant people globally Learn more about their journeys by checking out #InsideFlywire on social media\nWellbeing Programs (Mental Health, Wellness, Yoga/Pilates/HIIT Classes) with Global FlyMates \nBe a meaningful part in our success - every FlyMate makes an impact\nGreat Talent & Development Programs (Managers Taking Flight - for new or aspiring managers, OneFlywire Career Mobility)\nSubmit today and get started!\nWe are excited to get to know you!
