This individual will support our North America Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure onboarding excellence. Interested candidates should bring high quality client management, project management and technical consultation skills into a quickly growing and dynamic team.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a subject matter expert in Flywire Integrations the Technical Implementation Manager will guide clients through the Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go live stages for clients implementing Flywire products.\nConsult clients on how to implement Flywire’s platform products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions\nServe as the SME leading multiple client implementation projects ensuring they have successful execution\nRun workshops and client syncs as they progress through the different implementation stages\nProvide post-implementation/Hyper-care support\nEnsure a smooth customer experience by matching the products and Integrations to client needs\nDevelop & maintain product documentation with Product teams, providing internal knowledge transfer\nDrive continuous improvement in implementation methodology, tools, and processes across the team\nContribute to the product vision by relaying client feedback and pain points to Product teams\nTroubleshoot and resolve Integration issues by providing technical support for clients\nPlay a role in fostering an ever improving culture and customer experience continuously\n Here’s What We’re Looking For\nRequired:\nFluent in English and Spanish (French-speaking is a bonus)\n4+ years of Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services or equivalent \nKnowledge of system integrations and understanding of different project methodologies\nExceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral\nExperience of implementing and configuring software (payment software preferred)\nFamiliarity with using APIs or JavaScript libraries\nPreferable:\nKnowledge of Higher Education or ERP systems such as Xetta, Ellucian, StarRez, Oracle PeopleSoft, OpenApply, Slate, Salesforce etc.\nExperience with Fintech, Technology or Consulting companies\nExperience in Higher Education such as Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Reconciliation processes of higher education \nKnowledge of programming languages such JavaScript, Liquid, Java, SQL, Python etc.\nTechnologies We Use\nZendesk, Postman, Visual Studio Code, JIRA, Sumologic, Cursor, Claude and Google Suite\n Submit today and get started!\nWe are excited to get to know you!
