direction and technical decisions.\nUse AI throughout your engineering workflow to dramatically increase speed and quality.\nContinuously improve our engineering practices, tooling, and deployment processes.\nHelp establish the engineering culture as we scale.\nBuilding AI-powered product experiences.\nUsing coding agents and AI-assisted development daily.\nKnowing where LLMs work well and where deterministic systems are the better choice.\nRapidly prototyping with modern AI tooling.\nThinking critically about evaluation, reliability, guardrails, and user experience.\nRequirements:\nWe're intentionally not optimizing for years of experience or specific programming languages.\nInstead, we're looking for engineers who have demonstrated the ability to build and ship.\nBuilt products from 01 or helped scale them significantly.\nShipped production software that real customers depend on.\nWorked in high-ownership startup environments.\nBuilt across multiple parts of the stack instead of specializing in one narrow area.\nMade product decisions, not just technical ones.\nWorked closely with customers or internal users.\nDeveloped a reputation for
