This role supports ongoing identity governance operations, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processing, access requests, user entitlement reviews, certification, and the implementation of complex configuration and setup of packaged software applications that impact large areas of the application. Performs configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and analysis tasks, as well as supporting day-to-day business operations of packaged software applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong cybersecurity / IAM foundation and practical experience operating an identity or security platform in a disciplined, control-aware, and customer-focused manner. Acts as an escalation point for complex packaged software application needs. These activities may include resolving escalated complex and/or business-impacting technology issues. Responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests.\n\nResponsibilities: \nAdminister and support the SailPoint ISC platform, including configuration updates, monitoring, incident response, change execution, and routine maintenance.\nSupport JML lifecycle processes, access request workflows, approval routing, certification campaigns, remediation activities, and governance operations in accordance with IAM policies and procedures.\nConfigure and maintain SailPoint objects such as sources, roles, access profiles, workflows, forms, notifications, certifications, and governance-related settings.\nTroubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow issues, data mismatches, entitlement problems, connector issues, and integration errors; document findings and support durable fixes.\nSupport connector administration and identity data quality activities, including HR feeds, directory integrations, service management tools, reconciliation outputs, role assignments, and identity correlation behavior.\nPerform testing for platform changes, workflow enhancements, certification updates, integration changes, regression validation, and release readiness.\nMaintain operational documentation, support procedures, configuration notes, and runbooks to improve service continuity, audit readiness, and supportability.\nPartner with stakeholders on user issues, backlog refinement, estimation, reporting, compliance evidence, and continuous improvements that enhance SailPoint usability and reliability.\n\nRequirements: \n4 years/bachelor's degree required.\n5+ years of experience required to perform essential job functions.\nAdditional Experience Qualifier (optional): Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting packaged applications or other related disciplines.\nA minimum of seven (7) years of domain knowledge in the area supported by packaged applications is preferred.
