As a System Developer, you will join our Digitalisation team and collaborate with teams across the organisation to turn business needs and ideas into effective technical solutions. Your role will span development, integrations and problem-solving, with a particular focus on our ERP system, M3. \nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop, customise and maintain internal applications and solutions within M3 and our wider system landscape.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between M3 and other systems.\nDesign technical solutions and help establish shared technical standards and best practices.\nDevelop, test and quality-assure solutions, as well as troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nContribute to and lead development and digitalisation initiatives.\nCollaborate with teams across the organisation, internal specialists and external partners, and coordinate external M3 consultants when needed.\nHelp improve processes and ways of working across the organisation.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys using technology to solve real business challenges and is eager to understand what users and the organisation actually need. You are curious, pragmatic and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
