Together, we’re building a more resilient planet - one innovation at a time.\nLocation: Taguig, Philippines\nThe Role\nProcess vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, handling a high volume of transactions. \nReview incoming invoices and perform indexing, ensuring all required fields are captured correctly. \nValidate purchase order requirements, checking for accuracy and applicability (2-way, 3-way match). \nConduct analysis and initial tracing via email or SAP workflow for invoices with exceptions. \nEnsure invoices are processed within SLA timelines. \nPerform quality review of processed invoices per the AP Quality Control Framework. \nRespond to queries in the invoice processing mailbox within the 48-hour Service Level Agreements (SLAs). \nSupport change management and continuous improvement initiatives related to process and system transformation. \nAssist with AP-related ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superiors. \nEnsure compliance with FMC accounting policies, procedures, and processes. \nSupport timely reporting of key financial information while meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs. \nProactively monitor deadlines, flagging potential delays to leadership as needed. \nThe Candidate\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. \nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in invoice processing, preferably in a shared services environment. \nHands-on experience working with SAP systems. \nAdvanced computer skills (Word, Excel) \nAble to work late mid shift (12PM - 9PM) to support the EMEA/APAC region \nProficiency in English is required. \nExperience working with Invoice Management Solutions (preferably OpenText) is an added advantage. \nKnowledge, insight and experience in (financial) administrative (accounting) processes. \nExperience working in a customer-focused environment. \nProven ability to work in a team environment with good analytical and problem-solving skills around accounting analytics and processes. \nFMC is an equal opportunity employer.
