We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year.\nIntegrated Solutions is adding aProject Manager, responsible for all aspects of the implementation of projects from receipt of purchase order through completion of installation and startup including, but not limited to, participating in and leading project kick off calls, managing and directing the activities required to meet the project schedule and cost. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure the delivery of materials and resources to the site from internal and external groups, tracking project status, communicating plans with customers, supplying all pertinent information to installers, weekly reporting on project status, etc.\n**This position is based at Duravant in Downers Grove, Illinois.**\nPOSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties as assigned.\nMake periodic site visits to review project progress and report to management as necessary\nParticipation in system commissioning and project acceptance\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\nWork within a teamwork oriented and collaborative environment\nEnsure quality standards maintained across all areas of responsibility\nDemonstrate high attention to detail, solid organization, project management and planning skills\nUnderstanding of work methods and material handling equipment\nDefine initiatives to improve quality and/or productivity such as new engineering methodologies within the team\nOther duties as assigned\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nEXPERIENCE: 5+ years related Project Management experience in automation, conveyor systems or industrial equipment.\nMust be proficient with a variety of computer systems (ERP systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software)\nMust be able to make decisions and solve complex problems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nExcellent phone skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills\nAble to travel up to 30% both nationally and internationally\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAble to stand, walk, bend, twist and reach with arms and hands. Good visual acuity to see computer screens and read fine print on a variety of reports\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThe position is an office-based position with regular visits to customer installation sites.\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
