Expertise in account management and your unwavering commitment to outstanding service will be key to our mutual success.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.\nCommunicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions.\nUpsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.\nCoordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.\nMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.\nNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.\nResolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.\nKeep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.\nProvide regular reports to management on account status and sales results.\nIdentify opportunities for customer account growth and new business, involving the sales team as necessary.\nCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.\nManage customer renewals and ensure retention targets are met.\nEducate customers about new features and product offerings.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions that affect the client base.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets\nStrong understanding of CRM software and MS Office Suite\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nAbility to build rapport and collaborate with a variety of customers and teams\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills\nWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events\nCapable of managing multiple accounts effectively and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment\nKnowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends\nDemonstrated ability to forecast and track client account metrics\nExperience preparing reports on account status\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion\nFlexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes in direction\nProfessional certification in Sales or Account Management (e.g., CASP) is a plus\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field\nMinimum of 3 years experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles; or\nprevious experience in a related field preferred\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
