Overview\n FMR Agency is recruiting Direct Sales Agents to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the digital payments sector.\n This role is primarily field-based and requires etc., with a solid understanding of merchant acquisition and digital payment solutions.\n Ultimately, you will drive merchant acquisition, increase product adoption, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.\n Key Responsibilities\n Identify and engage potential business clients, including SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, and other businesses within assigned territories.\n Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collection and payout services.\n Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product features and benefits to prospective merchants.\n Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and account activation processes.\n Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.\n Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms.\n Provide post-onboarding support to ensure customer retention and continued product usage.\n Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales leadership team.\n Requirements\n Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.\n 2–3 years’ experience in direct sales within the FinTech industry.\n Previous experience working with OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint is mandatory.\n Proven experience in merchant acquisition, field sales, and customer onboarding.\n Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.\n Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.\n Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.\n Good knowledge of the Lagos business landscape.\n Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in smartphone applications, WhatsApp, and CRM
